LACC City Campus Central Plant

Lead mechanical engineer and energy consultant for the upgrade of the central utility plant facility and the infrastructure at the LACC City Campus. The work included a complete infrastructure and energy analysis of the entire campus to respond to the planned campus expansion. Provided complete prime and design services for a new construction and existing retrofit comprising chillers, boilers, thermal energy storage and utility infrastructure. The central plant upgrade was designed in full 3D to ensure a smooth implementation with minimal down time.
