Lead energy consultant auditing 313,500 sq.ft office building to identify energy and resource conservation measures, and renewable energy opportunities, and run cost analysis. The study included a thorough research of potential incentives and rebates that the client can benefit from. The identified measures included HVAC water and air side, building controls, lighting, and energy production.
